Do we need technical knowledge?
Not at all. You bring the expertise in your business; I bring the AI knowledge. By the end, your team will have practical skills they can use the next morning, no technical background needed.
Do you cover Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT?
Yes. The focus is always on using them well, safely, consistently, and in ways that genuinely improve how your team works.
Can we start with a workshop directly?
Absolutely. Some teams come in already knowing what they want and start with a full day. Others prefer to test the water first with an Espresso Shot. Either way works, and I will help you figure out which makes sense on a short call.
What size teams do you work with?
UK SMEs with 5 to 250 employees, from owner-managed businesses to multi-site teams. Sessions work best with 5 to 20 people in the room at once.
