The programme is designed for UK SMEs with 20 to 250 employees. The workshop works best with 5 to 20 people in the room. Coaching and advisory sessions are typically with team leads and leadership.

Is this available outside London?
Yes. I deliver workshops onsite anywhere in the UK. Coaching and advisory sessions during the Embed and Sustain phases are delivered online, making the programme accessible wherever your team is based. Travel costs outside London are quoted separately for the workshop day.
