About Nathan Jones
I help UK business teams figure out where AI genuinely fits and how to use it day to day.
I am Nathan Jones, founder of Elansio. I work with SME leaders and their teams to make sense of AI in plain English, find where it genuinely helps, and build the confidence to use it well.
The focus is always on how your team works, not which tools they use. Where does AI genuinely help? How do we make it stick?
Through workshops, advisory support, and structured follow-through, I help teams go from uncertainty and scattered experimentation to knowing exactly what to do with AI, and doing it well.
Why I do this
SMEs create jobs. They serve communities. They take risks that larger companies will not. They deserve the same advantages that AI brings to the biggest players.
I have spent 10+ years at the intersection of business and AI, and I have seen what changes when teams truly understand how to use these tools in practice. Confidence grows. Ideas improve. Work gets better.
My mission is simple. Help SMEs build the capability to use AI well, safely, and with purpose.

What I help businesses achieve
I help leadership teams and teams on the ground move from AI noise to practical capability. Typical outcomes include:
Shared language
Everyone on your team talking about AI the same way, with the confidence to act on it.
Clear priorities
A clear view of where AI will genuinely help your work, based on what your business actually does.
Better decisions
The confidence to make good calls about tools, timing, and next steps, without second-guessing.
Faster output
Faster, better output on the work that matters most, more consistently across your team.
Stronger capability
A team that keeps improving as AI evolves, not one that needs retraining every time something new appears.
90-Day Programme
A structured 90-Day AI adoption programme that turns what your team learns into how they work — with coaching, accountability, and clear ownership built in.
How I work
I call it Demystify to Deploy®. In practice, it means I start by making AI make sense for your team, then we work together on the things that will genuinely improve how your business operates. The focus is always the same: your work, not the tools.
Demystify
I start by cutting through the noise. What does AI actually mean for your team's work? What matters, what does not, and where are the real opportunities? By the end of this stage, everyone is talking the same language.
Deploy
We work on your actual tasks and documents together. What is slowing your team down? Where would AI make a real difference? I help you find the right things to try first, agree who is responsible, and build a plan you will follow. This can take the form of an AI workshop for UK SMEs, an AI Espresso Shot, or the Demystify to Deploy® 90-Day Programme for structured AI adoption with coaching and advisory included.
Partner, not product trainer
You know your business; I know AI adoption. I will give you an honest view of what is worth doing now, what can wait, and what is probably not the answer it looks like. No agenda, no upselling.
What I believe and bring
10+ years in AI and business transformation across hospitality, retail, professional services, property, and education. These principles shape every engagement.
-
1
AI fluency beats AI tools
Knowing how to think about AI matters more than knowing which tool to use. I focus on building that thinking, so your team stays ready as things change.
-
2
Real work beats theory
I work on your real tasks, your real friction points, and your real opportunities. Different industries, similar adoption patterns. Cross-sector experience helps me spot opportunities and risks quickly.
-
3
Confidence comes from doing
People do not become confident by watching slides. I design engagements that start with alignment, build capability through hands-on work, and turn learning into momentum.
-
4
Honest guidance beats hype
I will tell you what AI can do, what it cannot do, and where caution is needed. No inflated promises. Just clear thinking and practical action.
Who I work with
I work with UK SMEs that want to adopt AI in a practical and responsible way. Most clients are in the 5 to 250 employee range, and workshops usually work best with 5 to 20 delegates from across functions.
I am sector agnostic by design. I bring AI adoption expertise. Your team brings deep knowledge of your business. That combination is where the breakthrough happens. See client results from recent engagements.
How to get started
Most clients start with a short conversation about where they are now, what they want to improve, and what good looks like over the next 90 days. From there, I recommend the best next step. If there is no fit, I will tell you.

Frequently asked questions
Who is Elansio for?
Elansio is designed for UK SMEs that want to adopt AI in a practical, business-first way. I work with leadership teams and cross-functional teams that want real outcomes, not just tool demos.
What happens in an AI workshop?
We work on your real tasks and workflows, not generic examples, building a shared understanding of AI, identifying high-value use cases, and leaving with a clear plan for what to do next.
Do you deliver onsite or online?
Both. I deliver onsite workshops across the UK and online sessions where that is the best fit. I will recommend the format that gives your team the best learning and momentum.
What makes your approach different from product training?
I focus on adoption, not just product features. That means business outcomes, workflow thinking, team capability, responsible use, and practical follow-through. Tools matter, but only in the context of better work.
Can you help after the workshop?
Yes — and most do. The Demystify to Deploy® 90-Day Programme is the natural next step for UK SMEs that want to turn workshop momentum into lasting AI capability. It includes fortnightly coaching and monthly leadership advisory. I also offer standalone AI governance frameworks and ongoing AI advisory for specific needs.
