Can we customise it?
Always. Before every workshop, I send a short survey to your team lead so I can tailor the exercises, examples, and AI use cases to your real work. The structure underneath is proven — but what your people work on is completely specific to your business.
Do you cover Copilot and ChatGPT?
Yes — including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and any other AI tools your team is using or considering. The focus is always on practical use, safe ways of working, and building repeatable prompts and standards your team keeps using after the session.
How many delegates should attend?
5 to 20 people works best for hands-on AI training — big enough for good energy, small enough that everyone gets genuine practice time. For larger teams, I run multiple workshop sessions or adapt the format to suit different departments or seniority levels.
What preparation is required?
Very little on your side. Before the workshop, I'll send a short pre-workshop survey to understand your team's priorities, workflows, and AI experience. I use that to build the session entirely around your work. Your team just needs to turn up ready to get stuck in — no preparation needed.
